If you come by car you can enter the Tour & Taxis site via Havenlaan 88 – 1000 Brussels. The FIF-parking is complimentary. The car-park attendants will point out where you can park.
The station of Brussels North is at 1 km of Hôtel de la Poste. You can reach the venue by foot, or you can use the Tour & Taxis-shuttle service.

How do I subscribe for FIF?
Go to the page “My FIF” or click on the button “Register Now”. Enter your e-mail. You’ll get a subscription mail in your mailbox. Follow the link in the mail, enter your information and follow the steps to pay the attendance fee. Once you’ve paid, you can subscribe for break out sessions.
How do I subscribe for the Break Out Sessions?
Go to “FIF 2019”, scroll to the section about “sessions” and choose the section you would like to subscribe for.
If you see a number e.g. 10/30, it means that there are still 10 places available for this session. Once you’ve added the session to your list by clicking on “Sign up”, this session will appear in the “My FIF’ section.
If “waiting list” is mentioned, you will be added to the waiting list. Once there are places available for that session, the persons on the waiting list will get a mail about the availability.
I cannot subscribe for the Break Out Sessions?
Did you already subscribe for FIF 2019? You can only register for your preferred sessions, once you’ve registered and paid the attendance fee.
Can I subscribe my colleague(s) for the event?
The registration part of the site is personal. As you have to subscribe for the break out sessions, and the places are personal, a different account for your colleague(s) has to be created.
How much is the attendance fee?
If you register before 31/08/2019, you benefit from the Early Bird rate of € 120 (VAT excl.).
If you register after 31/08/2019, you pay € 160 (VAT excl.)
How can I share news articles of FIF?
On the “News” page, you’ll see a “share” icon next to the articles. This allows you share the articles with colleagues.
You will also see a heart-shaped “like” icon. By clicking on this icon, you will add the articles to your “My FIF” personal page.
What is “My FIF”?
“My FIF” is your very personal page. You will find all information related to your attendance at FIF. You will find your invoice, the Break Out Sessions you subscribed for, news articles in “My FIF”.
I cannot attend FIF, can a colleague take my place?
Participants unable to attend may be replaced by a colleague. These changes must be confirmed by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do the necessary to transfer the accounts.
